Beelzebub Episode 10 Summary: New Friend and Daycare!

Hey guys! It's Liz reporting in with a summary of Beelzebub not literally up my sleeve :D  So, let's get started! Well, first off, you can see that Baby Beel isn't very happy.... The beginning of the episode starts with Baby Beel very upset and having random outbursts resulting in electrifying explosion!  I'm surprised that Oga's house isn't destroyed by now-
Meanwhile, we get a flashback to see why Baby Beel is mad in the first place.  It appears that when Oga, Hida, Baby Beel and the guy with the mustache were walking down the street after Oga bought a croquet.  Oga offered Baby Beel some of the croquet, but as he was about to hand it to Baby Beel, a cat came out of now where are took the croquet and started eating it!!
This cat  eats the croquet and finds itself completely drawn to Oga.  He jumps on to Oga's shoulder just as Baby Beel does- and this is a no-no to Baby Beel! The cat follows the gang home, and so on.  Babyb Beel is immediately jealous of the cat because it is taking Oga's attention from him.  So, Baby Beel challenges the cat to a duel!
Baby Beel dresses up like this XD  Well, let's just say is was a quick match XD The cat won right away, because Baby Beel is weaker when not with Oga (because he needs a vessel to channel his own power).  Next thing you know, a group of other cats show up and threaten the cat.  Baby Beel protects the cat by standing in front of it, then Oga walks up to the group of cats and scares 'em away.  The cat feels honored by Baby Beel's manliness, and asks Baby Beel if he will teach it and be his mentor.  Baby Beel decides to teach the cat and they instantly become friends!
Baby Beel even shares a croquet with the cat! A new disciple was gained!
Meanwhile, Oga takes Baby Beel and the cat to daycare... he runs into the girl from the park there (whom is actually Kunieda, but he doesn't even realize it thrugh her disguise)!  So, he takes the cat and Baby Beel into the daycare play room and he and the girl (Kunieda in disguise) chat.  Meanwhile, in the daycare room, Baby Beel and the cat compete with the other daycare kids on who can build the biggest stack of blocks.  Baby Beel and the cat win, and a sense of rivalry builds between them and the other babies there. But a new friendship has been gained between Baby Beel and Kunieda's little brother!  In the mean time, as Oga and Kunieda are chatting, Kunieda once again misinterprets the things that Oga is saying.  For example, he said he could sense a "spark" between them,  but he was referring to Kunieda's brother and Baby Beel.  Kunieda misterprets hat he is talking about he and Kunieda's chance for a relationship.  That's Kunieda for ya!  Oga is completely oblivious to the blushing Kunieda and he tells her about this broad swordswoman at his school that he tried to dumop Baby Beel on.  Ofcourse, a big sense of rage blows up, and nearly destroys the daycare!!  The girl exclaims that she infact is Kunieda and epic Japanese words pop up! BROOKLYN RAGE!!!! (see the brooklyn rage yugioh abrdged video on youtube if you don't know what i mean) XD
Oga is still oblivious to Kunieda's feelings and misinterprets that she has feelings of friendship for Baby Beel instead.
On the way home, Oga, Baby Beel, and the cat see a group of other cats from before.  They now respect the cat that was with Baby Beel, and the cat decides to join the other cats.  There is a goodbye and farewell between the two, and now, they are going their separate ways.  And there you have it! This is Liz here, thanks for reading my summary- over and out!
Stayed tuned for my summary on the next episode! :)

Strawberry Panic Episode 1 Summary :)

Hey guys! It's Liz here with a summary of the first episode of Strawberry Panic up my sleeve yo! I previously reviewed the series in February, but now, I decided to start summarizing some of the episodes.  Of course, you all know that Tamao (the character in the image above) is my favorite!  So now, I shall begin!
It all starts with the protagonist of the show, Nagisa Aoi, on her way  to Astrea Academy, an all-girls' private school ^ ^  When she reaches the outside of the academy, she admires all of the other girls' uniforms and isn't paying attention to where she is running, and tumbles down a hill through trees!  Confused, Nagisa is now lost and doesn't know where to go in this forest since she fell...
All of a sudden, out from behind a tree, a silver-haired girl appears! O.O  To Nagisa's surprise, she falls backwards!  Then, the silver-haired girl picked up the belonging tht Nagisa dropped and handed it to her.
Next thing you know, the mysterious girl kisses Nagisa on the forehead!!!!!!! Then, Nagisa faints, and soon wakes up to.....
THIS!!!!!!!!!!!!  Nagisa is then freaked out, and then remembers why she fainted in the first place.  This blue haired girl introduces herself as Tamao, and tells Nagisa that she is her new roommate.  She then asks Nagisa if she can borrow a moment of her time...  Tamao then pulls out a roll of measuring tape and takes Nagisa's measurements.  She claims that it is for Nagisa's uniform, but I think that Tamao just wanted Nagisa's measurements anyway XD
Then, Tamao gives Nagisa a tour of the Strawberry Dorms where she will be staying.  Nagisa then asks Tamao why she took her measurements, and she says that it is for her book of everything about Nagisa :D
Next thing you know, it is time for dinner, and Nagisa sees the silver haired girl from before that kissed her on the forehead!  Nagisa then confronts the girl, not knowing who she is or anything.  Little does Nagisa know that this silver-haired girl is the Etoile of Astrea Academy O.O  When Nagisa soon discovers this, she is deeply embarrassed and doesn't know what to do, because whenever she looks into the silver-haired girl's eyes, she can't move (like sheh is overwhelmed by her beauty or something).
The Etoile then grabs Nagisa around the waist and Nagisa tells her,  "You can't do this!".  Then the Etoile says, "Who says I can't?"  And is just about to kiss her, when she is stopped by Rokujo, a girl with short blue hair and yellow eyes (you'll recognize her when you see the episode).
Later that evening, Nagisa and Tamao get ready for bed.  Alot of exciting things await!  Lemme tell ya, this is one awesome show :D
Stay tuned for the next episode to see what happens next! This is Liz, over and out! Thanks for reading my summary :)

Kannazuki no Miko Summary / Review *spoilers*

Hey guys! It's Liz (crispy) here with a review up my sleeve, and today, I'm gonna be reviewing Kannazuki no Miko :D
Kannazuki no Miko is a shoujo ai/yuri anime- and a great one at that!!  I would easily recommend this anime to any yuri fan-
The plot basically revolves around these two 16 year old girls that are destined to take on the role of becoming shrine maidens of the sun and the moon, due to the fact that the Orochi (the bad guys) are attacking the world.  But, before I can abny further, lemme explain the main characters, so that I can get more in depth with the plot :)
Himeko is the sixteen year old protagonist that is destined to become the shrine maiden of the sun.  She is secretly friends with Chikane, and has confused feelings of devotion towards her.  She also has a crush on Souma, a boy.  She ends up having to choose one or the other in this love trianle of Himeko, Chikane, and Souma.  Personally, I love the couple Himeko and Chikane :3
This is Chikane, whom is also a sixteen year old and is shrine maiden of the moon.  She is friends with Himeko, and is a top student admired by everyone at her school.  She has secret feelings for Himeko, and later on joins the Orochi (the bad guys) so that she can get Himeko to hate her,  because she doesn't want Himeko to love her, because she believes it would be bad for their friendship, I guess...  However, Chkane is deeply jealous of Souma (the guy that Himeko has a crush on).
Souma has a big crush on Himeko, and will do anything for her.  However, he is forced to join the Orochi (the bad guys) and becomes evil unintentionally.  He is forced to do their bidding, but he doesn't let that get in the way of his feelings for Himeko.
Toward the end of the series, Himeko and Chikane fight as Chikane attacks and Himeko replies with self-defense.  As a result, Himeko fatally stabs Chikane in the stomach.  Wounded, Chikane declares her love for Himeko.  Himeko then realizes the burden that Chikane had to bear and tells Chikane that she loves her too.  She tells her that she loves her and will say it in front of anyone, and that she is not embarrassed.
As Chikane is dying, she and Himeko are transported to a different dimension, and they save the world from the orochi!  Unfortunately though, Himeko and Chikane must depart for now.  But!  They soon meet again in the future!  After the ending credits of the last episode, it shows Himeko walking across a street, and she spots a dak haired girl wearing the same kind of necklace that she is (the shrine maiden necklace to be exact) and Himeko feels connected to this person.  Supposedly, his dark haired girl is none other than Chikane.  And the last line of the show basically says: and we fall in love all over again' :)

Personally, this is one of my favorite anime, because I love the whole theme of the anime of how bonds are everlasting through time, and can not be broken.  It really delves deep into the characters, the plot is nonetheless interesting, and, on top of that, the ending credits are AWESOME!  The ending credits song is called "Agony" by j-pop singer KOTOKO.  IT IS SOO CATCHY!!  I would recommend this to any yuri/shoujo ai fan- or even a romantic fan!  I would give this anime an OVER 9000/10
also, there is also a Kannazuki no Miko manga that is out released in 2 volumes in the U.S.
-i never read 'em, but it looks good! So, if you get the chance, feel free to check it out :)
this is Liz, over and out!

Beelzebub Episode 9 Summary: Kunieda vs Oga! Again!

Hey guys! It's Liz here with a summary up my sleeve (not literally) of Beelzebub episode 9 :)  Basically, Oga still won't give up and manages to atleast attempt to push Baby Beel onto the Queen, Kunieda Aoi rather.  Now, let's get started!
This is how Kunieda sees Oga and Baby Beel XD Meanwhile, Kunieda is falling head-over-heels for Oga, and her friends remind her, that, as part of their rule, if you have a boyfriend, you're out of the group.  That is their number one code and law.
Next thing you know, rumors are going around that Oga has a "wife", and Kunieda gets the wrong idea as usual XD
Soon after, Hilda and Kunieda engage in an epic battle! Of course, it is pretty much a draw, and Hilda tells Kunieda that it was an honor fighting her.  In the mean time, Kunieda's two friends approach Oga and then it goes to the next scene where these guys are telling everyone that Oga beat Kunieda's friends up!  Rumor has it that Oga is now on the roof.
Enraged, Kunieda goes to the top of the roof to battle Oga.
No major damage occurs, but Kunieda's friends wake up in the nurse's office and rush to tell Kunieda the truth before it is too late!
You see, we soon find out that Oga wasn't the guy who beat the two girls up.  It was a couple other delinquents as a matter of fact!  While Kunieda's friends rush to tell her the truth, a group of guys known as the "mood-ruiners" (or somethin like that) get in their way, and won't let Kunieda's friends by.  As a result, they are unable to tell Kunieda the truth in time...but not to worry, for Kunieda finds out soon enough through a delinquent.  The truth is, Kunieda's friends just went to talk to Oga, and then Baby Beel crawled off of Oga's back and battled a cat!
Yes, he battled a cat! and lost! (poor Baby Beel) soon after the cat bit Baby Beel, he started to cry.  In fear that Baby Beel would electricute bystanders nearby, Oga runs off with Baby Beel and then the delinquents show up and beat up Kunieda's friends...
Kunieda comes to a realization, and now understands.  So now, Oga and Baby Beel beat up the delinquents who were behind this big mess, and put them in their place!
Once again, Oga and Baby Beel save the day! :D
In the end of the episode, it shows Oga and Baby Beel walking down the street.  Kunieda and her friends
walk up to them, and Kunieda shows Oga that she is no longer wearing her group uniform- instead, she is wearing her school uniform.  This shows that Kunieda no longer abides to being part of the group, and that she didn't like the rule that love is forbidden.  So, she quit!
And that's the ninth episode of Beelzebub for ya in a nutshell! Stay tuned for the new episode soon ^ ^
This is Liz, over and out!

Beelzebub Episode 8 Summary: Kunieda vs Oga!

Hey guys!! It's Liz here with a summary on episode 8 of  Beelzebub!! Just in case you never saw Beelzebub before, it is about a juvenile delinquent named Oga, who, through strange circumstances, is raising a baby! A DEMON BABY!! (son of the demon lord as a matter of fact)

In the beginning of the episode, Kunieda Aoi, or the Queen of Ishiyama, rather, is searching for Oga.  She doesn't realize that this was the man in the park the other day-  and all she has in mind is to stop this Oga guy she hears of from causing more destruction!  So, Kunieda and her friends return to the juvinile delinquent school in search of him, causing fear on the other delinquents behalf.  All of the other delinquents are afraid of Kunieda, which means that she seriously packs a punch! She then catches up with Oga and challenges him to a battle!
And of course, she then realizes that it was the guy from the park the other day!!! She is relieved that Oga doesn't recognize her, but she fears that Baby Beel might!!!
Here is a picture of Baby Beel staring down Kunieda, because I think that he has a feeling that she was the one from the park XD
So, Oga and Kunieda got down to business, and started fighting!! Oga managed to dodge Kunieda's attack, and then asked her to be the mother of Baby Beel!!!!!!!!!!!!
 "HUH????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Kunieda exclaims...
Of course, we all know that Kunieda always misinterprets things, and she got the wrong idea XD
After she calls Oga a BAKA and declines, she runs off.
Next thing we know, she is staring out the window wondering if Oga is really that bad of a guy- (I dunno about you, but I think she is developing feelings for him)
and there you have it!
Stay tuned for my next summary of epsiode 9 of Beelzebub :D
This is Liz, over and out!!!

Beelzebub Episode 7 summary: First Park Debut!!

Hey guys!! It's Liz (crispy) again with a review not literally up my sleeve!! :D  Today I'm gonna be reviewing Beelzebub episode 7.  Just for the scoop incase you never saw Beelzebub before, it is about a juvinile delinquent, who, through strange circumstances, is raising a baby! A DEMON BABY(the son of the demon lord, actually)   In the beginning of this episode, it shows Kanzaki and Himekawa, two delinquents that Oga beat up in previous episodes, lying in two hospital beds.  They hope that Oga gets back what he did to them.  And boy, they sure got beat!
Meanwhile, at Oga's house, his family encourages he and Hilda (the maid from the underworld that serves Baby Beel) to go on a park debut so that they can socialize and meet other parents inorder to make a good impression on the neighborhood.  So, Oga ends up going with Baby Beel on his first Park Debut! O.O

Before making an appearance, Oga is training by literally throwing Baby Beel like a football and catching him!!!  He throws Baby Beel atleast 500 feet or so XD
And this is Baby Beel's reaction to Oga throwing him like a football..................................................................................................
When Oga sees mothers with their children, he smiles at them with an unintentional evil look.  Terrified, the women and babies run away!! XD  Even Baby Beel had an evil look on his face!!

Next thing you know, a cop shows up and attempts to arrest Oga for child abuse, because he lets Baby Beel go around naked.  Then, Oga fights the cop!
(that's gonna hurt in the morning)
After that, the cop blasts off with a ding, and there is quite a twist at the end of the episode!!
Supposedly, the girl who was with Oga and Baby Beel in the park was under disguise! She is actually one of the most dangerous women you will ever meet!!  Her name is Kunieda Aoi, sword master!!
Stay tuned for the next episode tonight at 7:30 p.m. on Crunchyroll!! (a legal way to watch anime)
and Baby Beel says: "DA BOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Tribute to Rukia from her Farewell in Bleach Chapter 423-and Bleach Fade to Black Review- WAAAAAAAH

Hey guys!! This is Liz (crispy) here with a tribute to my favorite Bleach character, Rukia :D    I feel that she doesn't get the credit she deserves, because, I mean, she's the one that first introduced Ichigo to the world of Soul Reapers.  Rukia sacrificed everything inorder to help Ichigo by giving him her powers.  She changed his world.  It was thanks to her that Ichigo is where he is today :D
Another thing that I love about Rukia is that she draws funny pictures.  And, as a drawer myself, I apreciate that!  She always uses her comics to explain situations- I like that!!  Even though according to Ichigo, "Her drawings suck." (but I don't thinnk that they suck) :)
Rukia is very strong, and the fact that she was willing to risk it all to help someone she didn't even know was inspiring to me.  She is wise, has a unique sense of humor, and has a weakness for cute things.  She is short, but boy, is she spunky!  I used to have my hair-doo just likes hers despite my hair being light brown and all...
I even cosplay as her in her school uniform sometimes :D  I also lan on making a dark rukia cosplay soon!!
Personally, I think that Dark Rukia is the best!!!

Now, here is my review on the third Bleach movie, Fade to Black!
The premise is that two beings with scythes wipe Rukia clean of her memories, forgetting all she has ever known.  Those two beings are somehow connected to Rukia's past (which  Ishall not spoil for you)
Also, all Soul Reapers have forgotten about Ichigo, as Rukia did.  this includes Renji, Ikkaku, Byakuya, and all the other captains of lieutenants of squad 13.  Now, Ichigo must go to Soul Society amd help everyone retrieve their memories!
Ichigo also has a rematch with Renji and Ikkaku, as well as new exciting battles with the other captains and lieutenants of Squad 13 :D
Rukia is later consumed bby darkness, and Ichigo battles her to save her!!! (it is then that she transforms into dark rukia >:D)

The battles are great, the animation is better than normal, and the soundtrack is super!  I especially love the endig song, Koyoi Tsuki ga Miezu Tomo (Tonight, Eventhough We Can't See the Moon).  This is my favorite of the first three bleach movies (oh yeah, this is the third bleach movie, by the way :D)
This movie is rated infinite out of 10!! I would recommend this movie to any anime fan, because it teaches a great lesson on how bonds are still connected through death, and that bonds cannot break.

Strawberry Panic Review: Affection, Pain of Loss, Friendship, and Unrequited Love

Hey guys! It's Liz here with a review on Strawberry Panic!  Strawberry Panic is a romantic/comedy shoujo-ai anime (one of the best anime out there, in my opinion).
The story of the anime revolves around Nagisa (as seen in the image above) transferring to an all-girl Catholic school, called Astrea Academy.  On her first day there, she stunbles into a silver long-haired girl (little does she know that this woman is none other than the Etoile).  The Etoile is the most respected student of Astrea Hill Academy.  There are three schools on the campus throughout the strawberry dorms: Miator (the one that Nagisa is in), Lerim, and Spica.  Nagisa soon finds a hierarchy throughout the school, and, with her newfound feelings towards Shizuma, decides to face her past head on. Now, lemme introduce the characters :D
This is Shizuma Hanazono, a bold, attractive woman with long silver hair.  She is none other than the Etoile of Astrea Academy.  She develops feelings for Nagisa instantly while overcoming the pain of loss of her first love, Kaori. (but I shall not spoil too much for ya)
This is Tamao, my favorite Strawberry Panic character :D
She has a great personality- she is kind, loyal, honest, and is always there for Nagisa.  She has secret feelings for Nagisa and is going through the hard time of unrequited love :(
Love triangle here we come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is Amane.  She is the "prince" of Spica girl's academy.  All of the girls simply adore her, and she is one of the most popular students at the academy.
This is Hikari- she falls head-over-heels for the "prince" of Spica, Amane.  She sings in the Saintly choir and is best friends with Yaya.
This is Yaya.  She is best friends with Hikari, and also sings in the Saintly choir.  She has secret feelings for Hikari and is going through mixed emotions of unrequited love as well.  She always supports ikari no matter what, and is always faithfully by her side.
The characters of this anime are simply wonderful, and it is very easy to relate to each individual character's problems if you've ever been in love.  This anime is about true love, being yourself, friendship, pain of loss, and unrequited love.  It is a beautiful series, I must say!  There are 26 episodes total, each about 21 minutes each.  I would give this anime an OVER 9000/10!!
and there you have it! oh yeah, and there's also a manga for strawberry panic as well! there are two volumes total and you can find it in your local bookstore/anime store.  The manga is great as well- a little different from the anime, but still good :D
this is Liz, over and out!
